It is a joint venture established by German and Japanese auto parts manufacturers, providing climate control systems for automobiles. This joint venture provides heating and air conditioning solutions for special-purpose vehicles such as buses, trucks, construction vehicles, and camper vans to improve vehicle comfort and safety in the Japanese market. The Sales Department, which mainly excels in auxiliary heaters and climate management systems, provides
sales and after-sales service nationwide across Japan. The Sales Department consists of two functions: "Sales Marketing" and "Order Processing." This position oversees an organization of eight people and serves as the person leading the entire division.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- • Sales and promotional activities
to domestic truck, bus, construction machinery, camper van manufacturers, and various body builders • Management of customer projects (receipt of RFIs and RFQs, preparation and submission of quotations, delivery follow-up, schedule management)
• Collection and analysis
of market trends and competitive information • Proposing and implementing
solutions tailored to customer needs • Planning and implementing
marketing activities • Building close relationships with customer bases (OEM manufacturers, body assembly manufacturers, our agents)
Active collaboration
with group companies, related departments, and overseas bases • Process management
from sample provision to mass production supply • Profit improvement activities
through price revisions • Management
of product EOP/SOP • Collection and sharing
of information on overseas market trends • Problem-solving and coordination in operations with overseas partners
Management • Deploying
company and departmental goals to teams • Formulating and executing
action plans to achieve goals • Developing, mentoring, and supporting members, improving team performance and strengthening
the organization • Budget and actual management

- Requirements
- • Sales experience
for automobile manufacturers • Management experience in
sales organizations with subordinates • Ordinary driver's license (many driving opportunities for client visits)
• Business-level English proficiency (advanced or higher)
• Data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, functions, graphs, etc.)
• Report writing and presentation skills (such as PowerPoint)
