A position supporting the promotion of global projects and business operations to expand the semiconductor manufacturing equipment service business. Responsible for project management, KPI management, cost analysis, data analysis, and reporting to executive and global teams, driving business operations across departments.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Responsible for project progress management due to expanded service contracts, data analysis and issue extraction for uptime improvement, cost management and cost reduction planning, support for new equipment introduction, KPI management, and various report creation. Additionally, we collaborate with relevant departments in Japan and overseas and the Global team to promote projects, analyze data, prepare materials for management, provide presentations and reports in English, and support projects for facility expansion for Rapidus.
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience in corporate planning, business planning, business management, operations management, or project management
    ・Experience using
    ERP (such as SAP) ・Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
    ・KPI management, data analysis, reporting experience
    ・Native Japanese proficiency
    ・English business proficiency (Speaking required, about TOEIC700 points)
    ・High communication and coordination skills
