Responsible for handling quality issues related to semiconductors and electronic components after mass production. Acts as a bridge between customers, sales departments, and suppliers, promoting troubleshooting and quality improvement activities. They are also responsible for quality support during the introduction of new parts and supplier audits.

The company is seeking specialist in ceramic components used in their chambers. Ceramic expertise is prioritized over semiconductor experience. The role focuses on 70% R&D collaboration with suppliers and 30% quality control of supplier products.
Target components include bulk ceramics such as Target components include bulk ceramics such as nozzles, blades, rings, domes, pins, and liners, as well as ceramic heaters and ceramic electrostatic chucks (ESC). Primary materials are Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃) and Aluminum Nitride (AlN).
