We are advancing partial in-house development for next-generation vehicle software platform development around 2029, and as part of strengthening our organizational structure, we are increasing our staff. Since we are also considering utilizing software that was previously not used in the automotive industry, we need expertise not only from the automotive and manufacturing industries but also from other industries such as IT, making it a position where you can leverage expertise from various industries.

Job Description

- Responsibilities
- After joining, you will be assigned to work that allows you to leverage your experience from the following areas, gradually expanding your scope of work.
Below: Software design, implementation, evaluation
, SDV applications, Vehicle API (interfaces for accessing automotive systems),
Linux (Posix OS), containers (Docker, etc
.), AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive and RTOS (iTRON, FreeRTOS)

Requirements specification formulation, design, implementation, and evaluation

Since the department was established in 2017, many mid-career hires have been active. (Widely employed from 20s to 40s)

- Requirements

Experience in programming development in C, C++, Java, Go, Rust, Python, etc
. ・Experience in preparing
documents related to software design or test specifications ・TOEIC: 600

- Preferred
- ・Knowledge of in-vehicle technologies (CAN, SOME/IP, ECU, E/E architecture, etc.)
・Knowledge of the Linux kernel, file systems, APIs, libraries, OSS, and SDKs
・Knowledge of servers and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), as well as experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
・Knowledge of networking, communications, and security
・Ability to make progress while communicating with external stakeholders
・Ability to identify challenges in performing duties and take proactive steps to address them
・Ability to think independently and actively share ideas
