In the mobility industry, you will participate in software development projects in the In Car domain (such as in-car devices and various sensors). As a Project Analyst (PMA) with engineering knowledge in mobility industry development projects, you will support PMs and leadership teams, coordinate and resolve issues between teams, groups, and organizations, and play a key role in promoting project (PJ).
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Visualization/analysis/improvement proposals/execution/
establishment of project issues・Preparation
of RFPs/WBS, proposal materials, and document creation, client facing, decision support
, visualization/analysis/improvement proposals/execution/establishment of issues and processes inside and outside the project, formulation of rules/policies/guidelines
for project promotion, directing/leading project members, and training/follow-up
—providing a wide range of support to ensure smoother project progress and progress.
[Project Examples]
Major automobile manufacturer: Installation (introduction) of multiple ECU fault diagnosis sites used in manufacturing processes; PMO
: Development of electronic PF software equipped with ECUs; PMO
major parts manufacturer: Large-scale system development, systematization of project management and implementation/establishment
of each project; Mobility software company: Autonomous driving system development, PMO and system quality audit/operation support
; Mobility software company: Development of vehicle control system functional safety systems; PMO
; Major Sier: Promotion/management of connected service planning and improvement of department-wide management

- Requirements
- ・Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives
in system development projects ・Experience in mass production development of embedded software in manufacturing or in the IT industry (development language not required)
・Skills in creating customer documentation and presentation
skills ・Experience identifying issues in responsible organizations or projects, involving others to implement improvements

- Preferred
- ・Knowledge of automotive SPICE or equivalent work experience
in the same process ・Experience in embedded software development in the automotive industry (development language not required)
