Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Ensure all infotainment test environments (vehicles, benches, and systems) are properly configured, functional, and ready for testing activities.
    Maintain and upgrade test systems, implementing improvements to support evolving project needs and performance standards.
    Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within test environments, collaborating closely with engineers and developers across global teams.
    Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support to maintain stable and efficient test operations.
    Document best practices, share insights, and act as the go-to expert for test environment knowledge and system configuration.
    Monitor system performance and health, track and report issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
    Support project and test management by providing regular technical updates and ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
    Native-level Japanese (or JLPT N1
    Professional experience in engineering, preferably within the software or the automotive industry.
    Experience with infotainment or connectivity systems and related testing environments.
    Strong technical understanding of automotive or
    Proven ability in reading, writing, and interpreting technical specifications for automotive requirements.
    Excellent analytical
