Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    In this role you will:
    -Oversee the marketing and sales team, creating and implementing strategies for generating revenue in both the mid and long range term.
    -Speak with key stakeholders across the organization and industry, including at international and domestic conferences.
    -Adjust sales and marketing strategy for the organization as the industry develops and shifts, prioritizing the capabilities and needs of the team.
    -Develop and oversee a range of departments related to these operations as well as the people management involved with creating a leading team.
    -Discuss and report progress at the executive level of the team with a collaborative and goal oriented mindset.
  • Requirements
    -Native level Japanese language ability and business level English ability.
    -5 years or more in corporate sales utilizing B2B or B2G channels.
    -Expert level knowledge of market research processes and procedures.
    -Strong presentation ability, capable of speaking at public events.
    -Experience working in a senior business role for technical and complex products such as those found in automotive, AI, aerospace, or deep-tech.
  • Preferred
    -Experience in the space industry or working with innovative deep-tech products.
    -Experience in venture companies or start-up environments.
    -Experience presenting at conferences and to executive level members.
