We are a logistics tech startup company that operates a matching platform business connecting shippers and carriers and a SaaS business supporting operational DX for shippers.
In the over 14 trillion yen logistics industry, we will transform Japan's logistics by combining our brand, nationwide sales network, and the structure and products of our office business. We are looking for an IT infrastructure architect to support the speed and security of our rapidly growing organization. You will design and implement the optimal IT architecture to create a scalable business environment.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of internal IT strategy (both medium- and long-term perspectives and immediate issues)
- Development and operation of internal infrastructure/SaaS environment (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Okta, etc.)
- Employee onboarding, account management, device management (MDM, etc.)
- Security/compliance design and operation (ISMS, P Mark, SOC2) Design and operation of security/compliance (ISMS, P-Mark, SOC2)
・Establishment of internal IT inquiry/help desk system (one-person information system → expansion)
・Selection and contract management of outsourcing partners and vendors
・Design of IT structure according to growth (including team building and hiring)
・Coordination and reporting with management and corporate departments Collaboration and reporting with management and corporate departments
Tools to be used:
- Google Workspace / Slack / Zoom / Notion / ClickUp
- Okta / Intune / Jamf / 1Password
- AWS / GitHub / Sentry (internal collaboration)

- Requirements
- -Experience in designing, building, and operating internal information systems (3+ years)
-Experience working with IT in a small group environment (or startup)
-Deep understanding and practical skills in SaaS/cloud-centric IT infrastructure
-Basic security and IT governance design skills
-Aware of working with management and other divisions to support business growth

- Preferred
- Experience as a 1st person in charge of IT or 1st information system
・Experience in promoting certification projects such as ISMS/P Mark/SOC2
・Experience in working with global teams (English welcome)
・Experience in implementing MDM/IDaaS (e.g. Jamf, Okta, Intune)
・Experience in establishing and hiring corporate IT team
