Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    As Service Sales Manager your job is to maximize customer satisfaction, performance, and profitability while contributing to the growth of the service This involves managing and continually improving service delivery to meet customer needs, overseeing service sales, contracted services, and digital customer service development and implementation.     >Create and execute service sales strategies for the business division.
    >Define and improve service sales strategies continuously.
    >Manage service sales operations to provide optimal delivery and support to the business unit.
    >Standardize work methods and resource management within the department, following the Brand Retail System (SRS).
    >Make sure dealers(directly owned) and workshops receive training on the company Dealer Operating Standard (DOS).
    >Develop and maintain plans to keep the network certified to the company brand franchise standards.
    >Create and maintain plans for after-sales systems deployment for both captive and independent dealers.
  • Requirements
    Need to have 1 of the following :

    >Preferred experience as a manager or leader in the large truck or related B2B industry.
    >Previous experience

    >Previous experience managing a team with direct reports and handling team budgets.
    >Proficiency in business-level English, with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Preferred experience and skills:

    >Knowledge of commercial vehicles and an understanding of workshop (maintenance facility) operations.
    >Previous
    >Previous managerial experience in commercial vehicle or automotive dealership. >Additional experience or knowledge in commercial vehicle maintenance and >Additional experience or knowledge in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, such as experience as a mechanic, is a plus.
