You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks such as domestic payroll calculation, social insurance correspondence, payroll calculation for employees seconded overseas, and design of personnel systems in Japan and overseas. In the future, this is a very rewarding position with the possibility of working overseas, such as supporting personnel management of overseas local laws and formulating personnel systems, as well as interacting with overseas subsidiaries and stationed overseas.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Domestic payroll calculation and social insurance support
・Payroll calculation and secondment support for overseas employees
・DX promotion of domestic and overseas HR operations
・Design of HR systems for domestic and overseas subsidiaries
*Expect to gain experience in domestic HR practices for 2-5 years after joining the company and deploy to local subsidiaries in the future on an expatriate assignment.

- Requirements
- -Major in HR related field or some HR work experience (approx. 2-3 years).
-Interested in working abroad and willing to grow in the global HR field.
-Able to evolve your career and willing to learn and take an interest in all things.

Based on your practical experience, you will always be able to take on new challenges by getting involved in institutional design, both domestically and internationally.
