You will be responsible for FC-ECU software development projects by accurately understanding customer needs through direct communication with OEMs (automobile manufacturers) and by collaborating with internal and external parties. You will be responsible for FC-ECU software development projects in collaboration with internal and external parties.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Design, execute, and supervise embedded software development projects
    - Mentor and train team members (including contractors and temporary employees)
    - Optimize development processes and improve quality assurance
    - Collaborate and coordinate with related departments
    - Manage development schedules
    - Develop and execute problem-solving strategies

    ■ Immediate post-hire duties
    Ongoing projects to learn the project flow, tools and processes used, and to understand the company's policies and defaults.
    We expect you to be able to manage a small project within 3-5 months of joining the company.

    ■ 6 months to 1 year of employment and beyond
    Once you have become accustomed to your work, you will be expected to motivate team members and promote communication through labor management. We expect you to contribute to improving the performance of the team based on the experience you gain through various tasks.
  • Requirements
    Extensive experience in embedded software development (approx. 3+ years)
    - Experience as a project leader or project manager (approx. 3+)
    - Experience in labor management (approx. 2+ years)
  • Preferred
    -Functional safety (ISO 26262) working experience (approximate: 3+ years in charge or safety engineer)
    -Cyber security (ISO 21434) working experience (approximate: experience with equipment certification)
    -Embedded software design experience using Autosar (approximate: 2+ years)
    -Knowledge of fuel cell vehicles or automotive related technologies ( knowledge of automotive ECUs)
    ・Experience managing quality assurance processes
    ・Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO1672, IATF
    ・Experience in PMBOK-compliant project management, regardless of industry
    ・Experience in embedded software development in C
