A systems integrator and software company with offices in Silicon Valley and Dallas, Texas, and is a member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange group of companies. For over 10 years, we have supported OEM and tier-one companies in the telecommunications and automotive industries in North America.
The candidate will be responsible for all general administrative operations of the company, general hiring, and general labor management of the company and some of its group companies.

- Responsibilities
- Depending on your experience, you will be assigned one of the following tasks.
■ General Affairs
You will be responsible for all general affairs operations at your own company. You will mainly be responsible for managing company assets, managing and operating benefits, and ensuring the smooth operation, operation, and utilization of facilities and office environments.
・Expansion, relocation, establishment, contract renewal
support for office operations ・Internal infrastructure
environment improvement ・Arrangement of equipment (PCs, consumables, etc.)
・Company housing and office relocation
arrangements ・Planning and operation
of internal events ・Management and operation
of recreation facilities ・Establishment of internal regulations, etc.
■ Labor Management
You will be responsible for overall labor management at your own company and some group companies. You will be responsible not for all tasks, but starting with areas where you can leverage your strengths.
・Social insurance procedures
, onboarding and offboarding management
, attendance management
, payroll calculation
, young employee training
, health management, handling of employees on leave, etc.
■ Recruitment
You will be responsible for all aspects of new graduate recruitment and mid-career recruitment. We welcome immediate contributions to those with interview experience in HR, experience as RAs or CAs in recruitment introduction, experience in selecting recruitment media, recruitment, and operations, or new graduate recruitment experience.

must have the following work experience: General Affairs: Over 3 years of general affairs experience

of labor experience; Recruitment: Over 2 years of mid-career recruitment-related work experience (not only recruiters at business companies, but also those with sales experience in recruitment agencies, job media, or direct recruiting are also welcome)
