The company has set up stations mainly in urban areas and is developing a system that makes short-distance travel easy and efficient.
The service is easy to use via a dedicated app and is attracting attention as a sustainable means of transportation.
We are developing a sustainable mobility service that reduces environmental impact and includes solving urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.
You will lead the planning and execution of data-driven safety measures directly under the COO's office. You will be responsible for quantitatively visualizing and improving safety while collaborating with all internal teams, including product, operations, and external relations. The mission is to integrate and analyze a wide variety of information, including accident data, driving data, and customer data, to build intelligence to support decision-making on safety strategies.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Integration and maintenance of safety-related data: Collect and organize accident data, driving data, user usage data, etc., and build and operate a data infrastructure capable of analysis
・Build and operate dashboards: Build and continuously improve dashboards with BI tools that enable real-time understanding of safety-related KPIs
・Data analysis and Providing insights: Analyzing accident trends, determining causes, predicting risks, quantitatively measuring the effectiveness of safety measures, and proposing improvements
・Reporting and recommendations: Reporting to management and relevant departments, and proposing data-based safety strategies and product improvements

- Requirements
- Experience in data extraction, aggregation, and processing using SQL (approx. 3+ years)
・Experience in building and operating dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Redash
・Experience in formulating hypotheses on business issues on your own and deriving validation and suggestions through data analysis
Strong passion for working with data and strong interest in traffic safety

- Preferred
- Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning model building using Python or R
- Experience in designing, building, and operating data infrastructure (DWH/DPC)
- Experience working in mobility industry, IoT-related business, or fast-growing startup
- Experience in spatial data analysis dealing with GIS (geographic information system)
- Business English language skills at a business level
