Utilizing its proprietary apps and platforms, the company offers a variety of services, primarily cab dispatch services, and is one of only a dozen unicorn companies in Japan.
The company is also co-creating new mobility services with a variety of other companies.
The role of this position is to support the introduction and launch of DX services that contribute to management improvement and cost reduction, such as radio dispatch system linkage and automatic roll call service, for cab operators nationwide.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Introduction support (onboarding)
・Introduction planning, setup support, and follow-up from order receipt to start of use
・Customer success operations
■Usage monitoring and KPI setting
・Development and execution of measures to promote usage
・Proposals for up-selling and cross-selling DX services
・Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
■Market research and Product improvement
・Research competitive products and industry trends
・Feedback to product divisions and propose functional improvements

- Requirements
- Experience in external negotiations such as corporate sales
・Design, construction, and execution of customer success operations (implementation support - utilization support) in IT services for corporate customers
・Basic knowledge of IT/IoT (level that can be explained to customers in an easy-to-understand manner)
