Product Manager (Web & Mobile Apps)

As a PM, you will promote product development with high precision, focusing on the project execution phase, from requirements definition, specification creation, WBS, progress management, and quality control. We are responsible for everything from building the foundation of the project to stable operation so that the development team can demonstrate maximum performance.
It is an execution-specialized PM who consolidates specifications based on business requirements, creates WBS, and accurately advances development.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Preparation and review of requirements
    , requirements organization, requirement definition documents, specifications, UI/UX requirements, creation of WBS (task identification, man-hour estimation, resource allocation)
    based on business requirements hearing, schedule formulation, progress management, issue management, risk management
    ・Collaboration with engineers (back-end/front-end engineers), designers, and
    QA , Specification confirmation
    , adjustment due to specification changes during development, MVP redefinition and scope management
    , operation of daily and weekly progress meetings, progress reporting
    , quality control (test design support, acceptance standard development, release check),
    improvement of steady operation processes, and proposal
    of process improvements to reduce operational load ・Standardization of the development process (development of requirements, specifications, WBS, progress rules),
    organization of information within the project (list of issues, list of risks, specification change history, etc.),
    review after release (KPT), structure of
    project improvement cycles, data analysis using SQL and BI tools
  • Requirements
    ・At least
    3 years of PM experience in web/app development ・Practical experience
    in WBS creation, requirement definition, and progress management ・Experience
    in negotiation and coordination between both business units and development ・Experience
    in promoting projects in a highly uncertain environment ・Ability
    to understand system configuration/key points even for non-engineers ・Ability to "create a system" for projects (standardization/structuring)
  • Preferred
    ・PM with engineer experience or high
    technical understanding, upstream process/project design experience
    at a startup, 0→1 project launch experience
    , management experience
    across multiple projects, business process improvement and BPR experience
    , requirements definition in IT consulting/SIer, upstream process experience
    , planning and improvement experience from a UX perspective
