The Business Development / Account Support role supports the growth of the Japan business by identifying sales opportunities, engaging customers, and supporting proposals in the areas of digital cockpit, electrification, and AI-based automotive solutions. This position works closely with senior account managers to strengthen customer communication, provide market insights, and contribute to design-win activities with Japanese OEMs.

- Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Build and maintain working-level relationships with customer technical and commercial teams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer roadmaps to identify new business opportunities.
Understand customer business and technical requirements and align them with suitable product and solution offerings.
Support pricing, quotations, forecasting, and contract-related activities to meet financial objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales materials, presentations, and proposal documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Gather and analyze customer requirements (cost, functionality, performance, and features) and position appropriate solutions.
Contribute to design-win activities related to cockpit electronics (displays, clusters, IVI), electrification, and AI-based solutions.
Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline data and timely reporting to internal stakeholders.

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred; Business or Finance also acceptable).
Native or business-level Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
2–3 years of experience in a Japanese corporate environment, preferably in sales, business development, or product-related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer requirements.
Proactive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Exposure to RFQ, proposal preparation, or account management activities.
Interest or knowledge in digital cockpit, electrification, or AI-driven automotive solutions.
