Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Financial and tax accounting operations
    , individual financial statements of domestic group companies (monthly and quarterly), correspondence with
    audit firms, tax calculations for domestic group companies, tax filing, tax accountant correspondence
    , consolidated financial statements of the group, preparation of various disclosure materials
    ■Management accounting operations
    , budget and performance management, aggregation and analysis
    of domestic and overseas group companies■Business support
    ・Based on specialized knowledge in accounting and taxation, we will examine various issues related to M and new business, and consult with them
  • Requirements
    ・Those who have practical experience in accounting for listed companies (individual, consolidated financial results, preparation of disclosure documents under the Companies Act and Financial Instruments Act, M, cost accounting, etc.)
