This role supports all commercial activities and business development for Japanese OEM customers, managing the full sales lifecycle from RFx to production and change requests. Working closely with global cross-functional teams, you will drive business growth across a broad automotive electronics product portfolio (IVI, TCU, Digital Cockpit, ADAS, etc.).

- Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities from RFx/pursuit phase through production (M3 gate)
Act as the main commercial interface with Japanese OEM customers
Coordinate internally with engineering, program management, and global teams
Lead RFx processes, including enquiry checks and proposal coordination
Support commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management
Handle change requests from a commercial perspective
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM (Salesforce)
Support prototype delivery, cost discussions, and reimbursement processes
Develop future business opportunities and analyze competitors

- Requirements
- Experience working with Japanese OEMs (JOEM)
5+ years experience in the automotive industry
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Engineering background (software, hardware, or mechanical)
