Top Global Sales | As a foreign auto parts manufacturer, the company is expanding its software and electronics products. This German company has long been rooted in Japan, and because it operates all over the world, it has a diverse workforce and a working environment with a turnover rate of 1%. In April 2024, a new R facility was completed, and we are working on the development of further advanced technologies.
This position is in charge of Toyota's affiliated customers and is responsible for expanding the business of electric powertrain products (eMotor, eAxle, Inverter, Charger, DC-DC Converter, etc.). You will be in charge of everything from new entry strategy planning to customer relationship building and mass production support, and you will lead medium- to long-term account growth.

- Formulate and execute
new entry and sales expansion strategies for electric powertrain products, build relationships with Toyota affiliated customers, propose medium- to long-term growth strategies, and propose
medium- to long-term growth strategies. Commercial correspondence

, sales planning, and account growth in collaboration with internal related departments.

- Native Japanese level, English business level (experience in meetings and negotiations)
Experience in corporate sales, technical sales, or customer negotiation (at least 3 years)
Experience
in quotation preparation and internal coordination Willingness and initiative in building business with customers

in sales or project management in the automotive industry, experience
in negotiating with Japanese automakers (especially Toyota affiliates), experience
in developing new businesses, and other language skills (German, Chinese, etc.)
