You will lead the selection of transportation and warehousing partners and price negotiations in international logistics, and contribute to the creation of competitive logistics costs that can withstand market fluctuations.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Negotiation strategy formulation
    , transportation (maritime, aviation, drayage), negotiations with warehouse partners, etc. (including regular negotiations as well as on-the-go negotiations)
    ・Market analysis, formulation
    of indicators for business plans, and leadership in the construction of operations between new outsourced partners and actual logistics companies. Fixed-point observation and review
    of business processes for stable operation even after establishment ・Various other operations for SA (standalone)
  • Requirements
    ・Practical knowledge of international logistics (transportation and warehousing) and understanding
    of cost structure, experience in leading
    price negotiations and contract terms adjustments with forwarders/warehouse partners, ability to analyze market conditions and quotation data, ability to plan
    negotiation strategies, communication skills (external, internal, and self-department)
    ・Ability to form issues and take action to solve problems on their own
  • Preferred
    ・English proficiency (English proficiency at the level of ability to perform duties, TOEIC700 points or more)
