You will make full use of your expertise, skills, and experience in the human resources field to promote initiatives related to important themes of your organization while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, based on the personnel system, various HR-related regulations, and various operational rules, we will promote the operation and efficiency of personnel operations at the workplaces and bases in charge.
