Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Maintain communication with customer commercial and engineering teams
    Manage account plans, visit reports, issue tracking, and documentation
    Coordinate internal alignment across engineering, program, quality, and SCM teams
    Support account strategy development and business growth activities
    Support RFQ preparation, competitor analysis, and customer presentations
    Track QCDDM performance and escalate risks when necessary
    Support pursuit activities for cockpit electronics, electrification, and AI-related solutions
  • Requirements
    4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or technical coordination
    Automotive industry experience preferred
    Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
    Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Preferred
    Understanding of cockpit electronics, SDV, or AI-related technologies
    Experience supporting RFQ or design-win activities
    Interest in advanced automotive technologies and AI solutions
