You will clearly communicate business strategy, technological competitiveness, and non-financial value to shareholders and investors, and maintain ongoing engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

・Planning and managing
IR events, planning and preparing materials for financial briefings, group meetings, one-on-one, technical sessions, etc. (Japanese/English)
・Organizing investor appeals and presenting
KPIs ・Investor dialogue (institutional and individual investors)
・Internal feedback and disclosure improvement after dialogue cycle management (CEO/CSO/CFO/CTO/ Including collaboration with business leaders)
・Advancement of ESG information dissemination (disclosure of materiality KPIs, compliance with legal information disclosure)
・Integrated reporting/website creation (improvements based on external evaluations and AWARD evaluations)
Requirements

・Experience in IR
at a business company, experience in
handling SSBJ and CSRD information disclosures, and experience in assurance work for sustainability information disclosures such as SSBJ and CSRD
Preferred

・Experience
in editing and producing integrated reports ・English proficiency to read and prepare English materials (equivalent to TOEIC700 points or higher)
