You will be responsible for planning, technical research, and construction of MLOps environments and data infrastructure for AI development. You will consider building on cloud (PaaS) platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for hybrid concepts for on-premises and cloud.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will collaborate with the product development department and be responsible for projects such as:
    ・"Low-speed autonomous driving/automatic braking development" project... Development
    of environmental recognition technology to accurately grasp objects and your position around the vehicle, the "New Service in the Era of Autonomous Driving: Hospitality" Project... The "Michi Log" project is involved in the research and development
    of systems that use AI to estimate the condition of people inside and outside the car, and human-machine interaction that empathizes with people, providing safer, more secure, and more comfortable rides. The development
    of a road maintenance management service and the 'Stress-Free Entry' project, which detects road abnormalities from data collected from vehicles and streamlines planning support and countermeasures for road repairs... Development

    of behavior and intent estimation technologies to realize automatic door opening and closing and suspicious person detection to eliminate anxiety and burden during boarding and alighting. ● Language, environment,
    tools: C, C++, Python; Environment: Windows, Ubuntu; Tools: Various download frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch)
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience in AI model development (algorithm design, implementation, evaluation)
    ・Experience developing teams with multiple people (specification coordination, review, collaboration)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    as a leader in AI and software development; experience analyzing data using sensor information other than images (millimeter wave, LiDAR, sonar, etc.), developing
    recognition models; development experience
    in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.); work experience
    in manufacturing industries such as automotive and electronics; and being curious about new themes and technologies. Someone
    who can proactively and proactively propose and take action; someone who
    can demonstrate leadership by overseeing and moving the entire project forward by involving colleagues inside and outside the company; someone who can take on challenges without fear of failure, learn flexibly, and achieve results.
