We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact and include solutions to urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.

You will be responsible for the operation of 50,000 vehicles and as the head of the repair center, overseeing the execution of operations.
You will fully utilize your knowledge of maintenance and repair to lead the entire operation of the facility, including establishing maintenance procedures and standards, improving maintenance quality, directing the entire process from aircraft acceptance to repair and relocation, managing a vast number of repair parts, and managing the maintenance team.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Improvement of repair processes and implementation of SOPs:
    Based on analysis of a wide range of failure patterns occurring on-site, from hardware to software, we formulate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and implement them on-site so that anyone can repair quickly and with high quality. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements to workflow.

    ・Improvement of maintenance quality:
    Through quality inspection and evaluation of repaired aircraft, we identify defect trends and pursue the root causes of quality defects. We plan and implement improvement measures based on data and on-site insights, driving the continuous enhancement of overall development quality at each location.

    ・Overall management of repair centers and throughput:
    Oversee warehouse operations within the jurisdiction area, directing and supervising the entire process from aircraft reception to diagnostics to repair to relocation. We allocate personnel and manage progress to achieve daily target repair numbers.

    ・Optimal management of maintenance parts and inventory:
    We manage the vast and diverse inventory of repair parts covering all vehicle models and generations. They handle proper ordering and inventory control to prevent repairs from stopping (running out), as well as parts placement to improve work efficiency.

    ・Management and development of the mechanic team:
    You will be responsible for managing, shifting, evaluating, and recruiting mechanics and staff working at the site. Additionally, you will lead the overall skill enhancement of your team through technical guidance that leverages your own expertise.

    ・Vendor and Related Department Collaboration:
    We achieve smooth site operations through capacity management through collaboration with external repair partners (contractors) and collaboration with headquarters' quality control and planning teams.

    ・Safety, Health, and Environmental Management:
    We thoroughly enforce safety and health standards at maintenance sites, striving to prevent accidents and create a comfortable working environment.
  • Requirements
    ■ Regardless of industry, including maintenance, maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or service industries, you must

    have experience in operations related
    to one of the following, experience managing operations sites from
    the perspectives of quality, cost, or productivity, organizational management
    , or management experience with external vendors>
    ・Someone
    who can oversee the entire operation, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions ・Someone who values both the site and the actual items, and has a deep understanding of the structure, maintenance procedures, and related technical knowledge of electric kickboards and electric-assist bicycles
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in the maintenance and manufacturing
    of two-wheelers, four-wheeled vehicles, or electronic equipment; knowledge related to machinery, electrical circuit design, and control software

Beyond simply managing repair work, you will oversee all in-house operations, including resolving bottlenecks and maximizing throughput from vehicle entry and exit to repair and redelivery, optimal management of massive parts inventory, and staff management at each location, thereby leading improvements in service quality and efficiency.
