It is a manufacturer-affiliated trading company that sells semiconductors and electronic components to manufacturers in Japan and overseas, and is still expanding its business nearly 30 years after its establishment, strengthening its function as a "solution provider" that stands between suppliers and customers and provides consistent service functions from product design and development to implementation. This job supports sales activities by responding to quality and technical issues from suppliers and customers to expand sales of memory (DRAM, NAND flash) products for electrical and electronic applications (PC/Server/Automotive/Mobile/Consumer/Industrial/Others).

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support for quality and technical requirements from business partners and improvement
    of customer satisfaction: 1. Quality and technical support
    at design-in stage 2. Support
    for certification of newly adopted products 3. Quality and technical support
    for mass-produced products 4. Promotion support
    for the next platform 5. Support for product knowledge enhancement for sales representatives
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in semiconductor FAE
    operations, technical marketing
    operations, or defect analysis or report
    preparation in semiconductor quality assurance (QA) or customer quality response (CQE) - If you have a background in semiconductor design, development, and production, you must have at least 10 years of front-end customer service
    experience.

    ・English proficiency (able to read technical documents, communicate by email in English or Korean, and handle basic phone calls)

    as an engineer at a memory manufacturer ・Experience
    with DDR5/LPDDR5/3D NAND ・Ability to present in English
