Field Support Managers provide strategic leadership and guidance for delivering pre- and post-sale services and support to clients/customers.
Lead all aspects of service and customer support operations.
Analyze operational processes and escalation procedures, and conduct training needs assessments to improve service delivery and discover added value for customers/clients.
We act as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting, resolving inquiries about status, production, delivery, and billing.
To ensure efficient operations, staff are selected, trained, and evaluated.

- Responsibilities
- ・Maximize customer satisfaction through direct customer support responsibilities, accountability, relationship management, service team leadership, and interactions with KLA headquarters' product support and engineering teams.
・Collaborate and collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to ensure the success of NPI programs/projects at the regional level and support the implementation and adoption of key KLA platforms and technologies.
・Continuous improvement in P&L's direct ownership and all aspects of the business.
・Achieving internal operational and financial targets.
・Regularly hold customer meetings (OC, KPIs, regular service meetings), prepare them, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
・Promoting operational activities to achieve customers' operational KPIs.
・Coordinate and coordinate with the customer and installation team regarding the required installation dates.
・Collaborate with CSE, customers, internal experts, and senior management to handle customer escalations.
・Confirm and manage billable activities together with the service management team.
・Actively support the sales account team to achieve regional goals.
・To achieve regional goals, develop and manage a team of customer support engineers, ensuring their growth paths and proper training.
