Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Overseas Executive HR:
    Planning and operation of overseas subsidiary executive development programs, evaluation and compensation management of global executives, succession plans, etc
    . ・Overseas Labor Policy (Overseas Secondees/ICT):
    Salary, social insurance, tax, visa, and repatriation
    handling for Japanese secondees seconded to overseas subsidiaries and foreign visitors from subsidiaries, etc. ・Overseas training:
     Deployment and management of corporate value, etc.
  • Requirements
    ・English proficiency of at least TOEIC850 points (professional-level reading, writing, and conversation skills required)
    ・Experience on the business side (ability to create and lead
    problem creation) ・Suitability
    for teamwork ・High level of commitment to work
