I hold a position that leads the entire ADAS project for a major Japanese automaker from a technical perspective.
Collaborating with domestic and international development teams, he oversees the entire project—including system, software, and vehicle integration—to drive the achievement of quality, cost, and delivery (QCD). He also serves as the primary technical point for customers, leading progress management, risk and issue response, escalation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Responsibilities
- Management of project progress, deliverables, and milestones including technical steering and
governance systems, software, and vehicle integration for Japan-led ADAS projects;
as the main technical point for customers; coordination of requirements, specifications, development scope, and schedules
; planning and
promotion
of major meetings such as the Steering Committee and Management Review; management and visualization of QCD, KPIs, critical paths, and project risks;
leading
escalation and resolution of significant technical issues and project risks; supporting
planning and securing budget, resources, and necessary technical competencies; leading regular face-to-face consultations with customers and on-site activities
as needed; supporting new project order acquisition and strategic activities in collaboration with global teams.

- Deep knowledge and understanding
of ADAS/autonomous driving systems, project management experience
in technical projects, project steering and delivery management experience
, technical leadership experience involving customer interactions,
escalation and decision-making
experience on major project issues, deep understanding
of Japanese automakers' development processes and work styles, stakeholder management skills
involving domestic and international stakeholders, Japanese: Native level
, English: Business level or higher
