In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting a top-class domestic market share in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and off-vehicle business (FA/agriculture). In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting Level 4 autonomous driving demonstration experiments on public roads and are working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.

Utilizing AI, IT technology, and data-driven approaches, we define system requirements, develop architecture, and verify

system requirements to achieve safety and security through collaboration between cognitive judgment systems for drivers and occupants, and vehicle systems (ADAS/AD). [Development Tools, Development Environments]
Requirements/Process/Software Management Tools (Codebeamer, Github) Python
and data analysis platforms,
machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, etc.),
generative AI/LLM utilization environments, Cloud (AWS, Azure),
PoC environments: container technologies (Docker, Podman), API integration and microservice configuration, simulator environment (CarMaker)

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ◆ Advanced development of next-generation in-vehicle safety systems and driver cooperation functions (Location: Head Office, Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture)

    ・Value hypothesis based on the use of AI and data ~ system requirements definition and integration into the development process

    ・Defining requirements and requirements regarding cooperation, attention, and intervention between cars and drivers in an autonomous driving society

    ・Link in-house elemental technology development to the target safety system (project) and promote development in collaboration with other departments

    ・Management and validity evaluation of deliverables from each process (system-level testing)



    ◆ Development of soft architecture for safe and secure service systems (Location: Head Office, Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture)

    ・Planning and designing hybrid cloud/edge architectures with internal and external related members (including customers' North American bases)

    ・Architectural design of the automotive edge based on the above

    ・Exploration of advanced IT technologies and their application in vehicles to realize services

    ・Presenting requirements to partner companies and managing the development of key technologies and software

    ・Test evaluation and deliverable management
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience

    in AI, data analytics, software, or IT; involvement in upstream

    processes such as requirements definition, requirements definition, and architectural review; product management experience through technical discussions and coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Preferred
    ・Experience

    in data utilization using machine learning/statistical analysis ・Knowledge

    in autonomous driving, advanced safety, HMI/UX fields ・Hypothesis

    verification experience in PoC and proof-of-concept experiments ・Experience in joint development and technical collaboration with external partners,

    project management experience ・English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC690 or above) to understand discussions and specialized documents in the information and communication or automotive fields
