Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    [Section Manager Level]
    1) UX Strategy and Project Design
    *Business and product strategies are formulated mainly by the division. This position will focus on the execution phase based on these tasks.
    ・UX strategy and experience design
    based on business issues, organizing target users, business operations, usage environments, issues, and value
    provided ・Designing project plans, priorities, and evaluation indicators in the UX/UI domain, etc.

    2) Business understanding, user research
    , interviews with business users, administrators, and operations staff, behavioral observation

    of service blueprints, AsIs/ToBe, use cases, etc., analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
    , extraction of insights from survey results, formulation of problem hypotheses, and improvement policies, etc.
