Job Description

- Responsibilities
- - Gathering information necessary for powertrain development, market research, data analysis, and
strategy planning - Clarifying customer value, concept creation, business model construction, and confirming
business feasibility - Promoting discussions in close collaboration with stakeholders, securing
development resources and considering investment - Formulation
of long-term powertrain and EV strategies - Planning of cross-vehicle electric powertrain technology concepts, etc.

- Requirements
- ・Experience working with various departments in the motorcycle field, including automobiles and trucks (a wide range of applications—including parts, mechanics, chemistry, and software—are very welcome)
*We have well-prepared educational materials and a comprehensive OJT system, making it an environment where even those with no industry experience can catch up.
・English proficiency (about TOEIC550 points)
