We are recruiting engineers to develop motor control technologies for EVs, e-Power, and hybrid vehicles in the automotive industry, where electrification is accelerating.
In this position, you will be involved in developing inverters and motor control systems, which are central to electric powertrains. In addition to improving efficiency and output, we are promoting the development of control technologies to achieve the excellent acceleration performance and smooth driving feel unique to electric vehicles.
Furthermore, by being involved not only in control design but also in simulation, software development, vehicle evaluation, and functional safety development, we can enhance our expertise at the forefront of electric vehicle development.

- Responsibilities
Development areas under the responsibility of the assigned organization,business overview, and role and position within R&D
Development of motor control for electric vehicle inverters
We develop advanced motor control systems to enhance the efficiency and output of electric powertrains and achieve the quick acceleration response and smooth driving performance unique to electric vehicles, as well as diagnostic and fail-safe functions to ensure high reliability.
Specific Job Responsibilities and Expected Roles and Positions Within and Outside the Department
Motor Control Design
┗ Collaborate with vehicle design and motor design departments to design appropriate control specifications.
┗ Be extensively involved in everything from tuning control parameters to evaluating performance in vehicles to achieve high target performance levels.

- Requirements
- ・Experience
developing control systems using Matlab or Simulink ・TOEIC: 500 points or higher

- Preferred
- ・Basic knowledge
and general knowledge of negotiation skills and control theory to summarize basic knowledge and specifications for electric motors, functional safety, AUTOSAR, CAN communication, analog and digital circuits, and general knowledge of control theory to
resolve technical discussions, as well as practical
experience or knowledge in software development using control system simulators (such as MATLAB) and software development applying ISO26262.
・Practical experience or knowledge
in software development using MBD (Autocoding) ・Practical experience or knowledge
in software development using AUTOSAR ・Practical experience
in motor control development for three synchronous motors ・TOEIC: Ideal candidate 600 or
