In the connected car and mobility service sectors, you will take on a leadership position that leads design teams by leveraging expertise in UI/UX design.

Centered on the concept of User Centered Design, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, from experience design for mobile apps, web services, and wearable device products to UI design and organizational management. You will play a vital role in formulating design strategies, building teams, and driving global projects to provide new mobility experiences to users worldwide.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    (1) The development area and business overview of the affiliated organization, as well as roles and positions within R&D

    As members of organizations responsible for connected car & service and mobility service development, we are seeking designers who create advanced interfaces and experiences based on the User Centered Design approach. Our designers collaborate with other designers, engineers, product owners, and other team members to design service experiences and realize sophisticated UI and graphics across various web and mobile applications.

    (2) Specific responsibilities and expected roles and positions both inside and outside the department


    ・Utilize your design skills to take the lead in solving organizational and team challenges, while also leading the team through activities such as training and developing UI/UX designers and managing their motivation.
    ・Communicate effectively to ensure smooth collaboration with other departments, including engineering, Product Owners (PO)/Project Managers (PM), and marketing.



    ・UI/UX design for native and web apps for smartphones and smartwatches
    ・Creating interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also thoroughly user-centered
    ・Defining value propositions for new services and features, service design, and product information architecture
    ・Establishing graphic concepts and design guidelines for products
    ・Planning and conducting user testing of implementations and prototypes
    ・Creating personas, customer journey maps, and other materials based on research findings and data analysis results
    ・Taking responsibility for realizing the ideal user experience within an Agile development team and driving projects globally by engaging teams and stakeholders both domestically and internationally
  • Requirements

    years of practical experience in app UI/UX design, including for consumer products・Design experience
