This position is responsible for the digital implementation of advanced DRAM products, promoting product performance and competitiveness by utilizing the latest EDA tools and advanced processes below 5nm.
On the frontend, I am involved in all aspects of digital implementation, including synthesis, STA, and DFT, and on the backend, I am involved in automatic wiring placement and PDN implementation. I am also responsible for design analysis and environment improvement using Tcl/Python, as well as IP implementation according to customer requirements.

- Front End
○ Role Overview
- Perform
digital implementation roles within DRAM - Ensure
product competitiveness through implementation using the latest EDA tools for the latest processes ○ Main Responsibilities
- Implementation and synthesis of DFT architecture for digital blocks, overall implementation flow such as
STA - Development of interface IP based on HPDF architecture and implementation of various forms of digital implementation
- Development of competitive products based on the latest EDA
Backend
○ Role Overview
- Perform
digital implementation roles within DRAM - Secure
product competitiveness through implementation using the latest EDA tools ○ Main Duties
- Automated placement and wiring
within the Digital block - Implement
multiple IPs according to customer requirements - Optimize product performance based on DTCO activities

- Requirements
- Front End
○ Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering fields such as semiconductors, electronics, or electrical engineering, with over 5 years of practical experience
- Experience
implementing processes below 5nm - Experience
with HPDF design leadership and block implementation flow - Experience using EDA tools necessary for implementation, such as synthesis, STA, DFT, and defect analysis
- Experience
in design analysis and environment improvement using Tcl/Python scripts ○ Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience managing top HPDF projects
- Implementation and verification
of DFT - Experience
in DRAM-related IP projects - Experience collaborating with clients
Backend
○ Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering related to semiconductors, electronics, or electrical engineering, with more than 5 years of experience
- Top HPDF design or project management experience
- Experience
in top bus wiring implementation development - Experience
implementing processes below 5nm - Experience
in design analysis and environment improvement based on TCL/Python scripts - Experience
operating PDN-related environments based on EDA tools ○ Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience in top HPDF project
management - Experience
with DRAM-related IP issues - Experience collaborating with clients
