In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)]. In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Level 4 autonomous driving, working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
This is a development project for next-generation ECUs and large-scale integrated computers in the "Intelligent Automation (ADAS)" field, which is positioned as the top investment area in the 2030 medium-term management plan.
This project is promoting the construction of system architecture, software architecture, specification management, and AI-utilizing development processes centered on ECU systems, aiming for market launch in 2027 and 2030.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Project Management and Product Oversight (PM / Integration)
・Overall leadership of large-scale integrated computer development for ADAS/ECU systems, including schedule and QCD management
・Negotiating with and fostering collaboration among stakeholders (other internal departments, automakers, and cutting-edge semiconductor/SoC vendors)
Employees are assigned to divisions and sections organized by specialized skills, where they build their expertise while working on various large-scale projects, primarily focused on large-scale ECU development.
More than half of our employees are mid-career hires, and they are thriving by fully leveraging their individual skills.
In addition to our headquarters, we also have a development center in Tokyo. Everyone is highly motivated, and we work together as a unified team on development.

- Requirements
- Candidates with experience in any of the following:
・Experience as a project manager (PM) or project leader (PL) in large-scale system development, electronics product development, or system semiconductors (such as SoCs)
・Experience leading the integration of large-scale software
・Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading the development of in-vehicle products through mass production
・Experience leading collaboration efforts with SoC vendors

- Preferred
・Development experience in ADAS, in-vehicle ECUs, image sensor control, etc.
・Experience building software platforms on SoCs equipped with AI, image processing, and heterogeneous CPUs
・Experience redesigning and optimizing complex software architectures based on system requirements and SoC constraints(Preferred)
・Experience managing functional and non-functional requirements and conducting joint verification with ADAS application vendors and SoC vendors (Preferred)
・Stress resilience to handle uncertain situations, the ability to consider overall optimization, and the initiative to identify challenges and lead their resolution
・TOEIC score of 600 or higher
