Born in Germany. He holds a master's degree in history from Ruhr University Bochum with a focus on U.S.-Japan relations and Japanese-German relations. To study Japanese history and culture and improve his Japanese, he received a scholarship to spend a year at Kyushu University.
After working in the hotel industry in Tokyo for five years, he joined Turnpoint Consulting.

He has a wide range of responsibilities including engineering, sales, marketing, and business planning for Japanese MaaS-based companies, mobility services, and logistics DX companies.

Graduated from Nihon University, College of Law. While in college, he studied international relations and experienced volunteer activities during his studies abroad.
After graduating from college, he worked as an assistant manager at a major karaoke bar before turning his attention overseas. After studying abroad in England and interning in the U.S., he returned to Japan and joined a major English conversation school. As a sales representative, she worked in ToC sales, provided learning counseling and advice to existing students, and worked as a sub-manager. After working there for about 7 years, he joined Turnpoint Consulting. She brings to her work the sales experience she gained in her sales career, her ability to understand the needs of others, and her own experience in changing careers.

For three and a half years at JAC Recruitment, a major recruiting firm, he specialized in venture, mid-sized to large companies, mainly in the automotive industry. He had connections with the management team and was in charge of domestic sales, purchasing, and engineering positions as well as overseas assignments in North America, Southeast Asia, South America, and other regions.

He was appointed as US Project Team Manager and joined Turnpoint Consulting USA Inc. to contribute to the development of the automotive industry.

Originally from Fiji, a small island nation in the South Pacific, she came to Japan in 2006 as part of the MEXT Scholarship Program. After graduating from university, she worked as an English teacher and a travel consultant. In each case, he worked his way up to management positions. He then began his career in real estate sales, where he was promoted to assistant manager within six months and manager within a year. He then joined Turnpoint Consulting.

He is responsible for technology areas in the automotive and mobility industry (e.g., automated driving, ADAS, software-related and simulation, etc.).

Born in Australia. Majored in business administration and Asian culture and Japanese language at university, and came to Japan after graduation.
After starting her career as an instructor at a major English conversation school, she assumed a management position and was involved in schedule management, contract management, and sales activities. During this time, he was selected for a new business development project and was involved in the expansion of the business on a nationwide scale, as well as a wide range of other duties, including involvement in online PR activities. He then joined Turnpoint Consulting. He is a bilingual (Japanese-English) consultant who connects talented people and companies.

Born in the U.S., half Japanese and half American.
He majored in jazz in college and began his career as a jazz musician as a trumpet player. In addition to playing in bands, he has participated in competitions and led seminars at schools. He has also worked in a variety of other industries, including the food industry, as an English teacher, and as a recruiter specializing in IT. He then joined Turnpoint Consulting, where he provides career consulting services, utilizing his tenacity cultivated as a musician and the flexible perspective that comes from his roots in both Japan and the U.S.

After graduating from university, she worked as a sales representative for a children's English conversation school before becoming a teacher. After working in the human resources industry for about two and a half years, she joined Turnpoint Consulting.

Responsible for foreign suppliers. We have many sales and engineering positions, and can introduce a wide range of positions from software and mechanical engineers to PM and C-level positions. In addition, we also take back-office positions such as accounting and finance.

Born in Germany. Studied wholesale trade at Vocational School. After graduation, he worked in business development and sales in the manufacturing industry. He was selected to reorganize the corporate sales department of the Canadian office and worked in Toronto. After that, she came to Japan and worked in the human resources industry before joining Turnpoint Consulting.
With over 10 years of sales experience, she is a bilingual (English/German) candidate support and recruiting hub for companies.

With his deep understanding of the industry, he mainly works with foreign companies in the semiconductor industry. He specializes in FAE positions (both analog and embedded), including sales positions.

After graduating from college, she worked in the logistics industry for about 7 years, where she was responsible for various back-office tasks such as billing, recruiting, and as a full-stack developer. She then came to Japan and began her career as an English teacher. She joined Turnpoint Consulting to apply the expertise she gained in a diverse range of industries.

He primarily assists space development companies in recruiting for their engineering development departments, covering a wide range of areas from software components to hardware and manufacturing processes. He has many engineering positions and specializes in assisting job seekers with a background in software engineering, mechanical engineering, or aeronautics and aerospace.

Born in the United States. He has a background in art from Temple University, Japan Canvas.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, he began his career as a creative. He expanded his experience in Japan based on his skills as an animator, graphic designer, and eventually marketing director. After working as an English teacher, he joined Turnpoint Consulting.
