Job Description

This is a career consulting job to support people who want to work in the automotive and mobility industry.
We operate on a “two-sided” system where we are in charge of both clients (companies) and registrants.

Job Description

◆Client (company) side ◆
interviews the client about their recruitment issues and needs, prepares a job application, and introduces the job to the registrant.
We recommend candidates who are interested in applying for jobs to the client, and if the recommendation goes to the interview selection process, we work with the client to prepare for the interview and follow up with the client until the client hires the candidate.
New business development, contract signing
・Hearing of current issues/job openings
・Job posting creation, targeting
・Recommendation of documents, preparation for interviews, and follow-up until the candidate joins the company

*Our clients deal with a wide range of clients within the automotive and mobility industry.
Examples: complete vehicle manufacturers, component manufacturers, semiconductor manufacturers, software platforms, MaaS services, dealers, etc.

◆Registrant's side◆
You will meet with registrants who wish to change jobs, build their hopes and career plans together, and accompany them until they achieve their goals.




We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a career change in the automotive/mobility industry, regardless of industry. Regardless of the industry, we will assist those who are interested in the automotive and mobility industry in finding a job.

Eligibility for Application

♦ Required Requirements
-Experience in sales and customer service in a service industry
*Experience in sales in the recruitment business preferred

-Language skills (English business level)
*Our internal TOEIC baseline is 800. Below that level is acceptable if you are willing to study.
You will be required to take the TOEIC test every six months until you exceed 800 TOEIC.

Selection Process

  • STEP 01

    document screening

    Selection will be made based on the resume, work history and other documents submitted at the time of application.

  • STEP 02

    initial interview

    Interviews are conducted online. You can choose either Japanese or English for the interview.

  • STEP 03

    aptitude test

    Applicants who pass the initial interview will be asked to take an online aptitude test.

  • STEP 04

    final interview

    The program will be conducted face-to-face at our office. Both Japanese and English will be used.
