Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead Transformation Initiatives: Oversee and drive projects aimed at transforming business operations, collaborating with teams across Japan, APAC, EU, and America.     Define and Implement Business Operations Standards: Develop and establish standards for processes within Business Operations. continuously assessing and improving processes to meet evolving business needs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

    Work closely with the Customer Account Management (CAM) and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) teams to tailor and introduce development processes within Japan-based projects.

    Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a sparring partner and collaborate with stakeholders (such as CAM, Quality, and SBU teams) to implement and execute Business Operations processes within various projects.

    Guide New Projects: Mentor and coach new projects to ensure they follow the tailored processes and support their successful rollout.

    Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure that process tailoring aligns with defined standards, driving audit and compliance readiness based on relevant frameworks (such as Business Management System (BMS), Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE), International Automotive Task Force (IATF), and Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA)).
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable.
    Minimum 10+ years in sales, program management or account management.
    Experience in Expert knowledge of engineering processes (especially requirements management), process modelling, and process management.
    Excellent collaboration, driving initiatives to healthy

    Business level in both Japanese and English
    Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel)
