A European premium automotive importer is looking for a Non Technical Trainer to be responsible for overseeing Non-Technical Aftersales training and development initiatives, including behavior, skill, product, brand, and management-related programs to enhance their business. Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Key Responsibilities:
    ◼ AS Non-Technical Training
    ◼ Dealer AS Qualification & People Development
    ◼ Coordination of AS Training & All Related Activities

    1) After Sales Non-Technical Training & People Development (50%)
    Develop, establish, and enhance behavior, skill, product, brand, and management -related training in Non-Technical Aftersales based on market needs.
    Deliver training, e-learning, coaching, workshops, and other personal development initiatives to meet individual objectives.
    Ensure training and development plans for each individual within dealer networks in Non-Technical Aftersales.
    Manage the adaptation or local development of training materials and development tools in coordination with training suppliers.
    Prepare and conduct all relevant Non-Technical Aftersales training, including:
    Aftersales Business Management for Aftersales Managers
    Workshop Management, Parts, Warranty, and other Non-Technical Aftersales training
    Development of localized training based on market needs
    Participate in Global projects and contribute market-specific insights.

    2) Execution of Global Training & Certification Programs (35%)
    Implement and manage non-technical training programs for technicians.
    Oversee training and certification programs for service consultants.
    Manage web-based training (WBT) learning paths for relevant job roles.
    Contribute to Contribute to global projects and provide market-specific input.

    3) Coordination of AS Training/Training Center Facility (15%)
    - Administration of training activities with vendors
    - Facility management support with Facility management support with venders
  • Requirements
    Professional Experience:
    Industry Knowledge: Automotive (Essential)
    Dealership Aftersales Experience & Knowledge: Essential
    Work Experience Work Experience: 5+ years in related fields
    Language Skills: Practical working experience using English, Native Japanese
