The company has set up stations mainly in urban areas and is developing a system that makes short-distance travel easy and efficient.
The service is easy to use via a dedicated app and is attracting attention as a sustainable means of transportation.
We are developing a sustainable mobility service that reduces environmental impact and includes solutions to urban transportation issues as well as rural transportation issues.

We have completed the selection of a lead managing underwriter and auditing firm with the aim of conducting an IPO within a few years, and with the rapid growth of our business, we urgently need to strengthen our accounting and other corporate functions. Therefore, we are looking for an accounting practitioner who can manage the business infrastructure of a listed company well for the IPO and after the IPO.

Job Description

Responsibilities

-Financial closing services
-Preliminary analysis, FP&A
-Taxation services
Requirements

・Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a business company

・Basic financial statement reading and analysis skills and accounting knowledge
・Skills to smoothly perform simple tabulations, etc. in Excel
・Experience in monthly and quarterly closing

・Level 2 bookkeeping
Preferred

・Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting at a business company
・Experience involved in system development at a listed company or company preparing for listing
・Experience in dealing with shareholders, banks, and auditors
・Experience working at a start-up company

・Basic business legal knowledge including corporate law
・Excel financial modeling skills

・Securities Analyst
・Certified Public Accountant (both Japanese and US)
・Tax Accountant
