While ensuring the speedy execution of regular daily, monthly, and annual closing operations, you will be involved in the modification and improvement of these systems, business settlement operations, ERP operations, and operations related to the establishment of accounting schemes for new businesses. In addition, you will be able to gain a wide range of experience in internal control related work, corporate planning, and business administration, all of which are closely related to accounting.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Monthly closing of accounts
    - Various accounting practices (voucher entry, preparation of financial statements, deposit/withdrawal operations, expense reimbursement, etc.)
    - Responding to inquiries from various departments
    - Establishing a system for monthly, quarterly and annual closing operations for going public
    - Creating accounting processes for new businesses and leading and managing projects
    - Resolving issues related to a series of processes up to accounting, both business side and accounting side Resolving issues related to a series of processes up to accounting
    ・Reviewing business processes in accordance with legal revisions (including support for the business side)
  • Requirements
    Experience in monthly financial closing at a business firm or accounting firm (approx. 3 years or more)
    ・Aware of a series of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing operations
    ・Basic tax knowledge including corporate tax, consumption tax, and withholding tax
  • Preferred
    Certified Public Accountant, Japanese Bookkeeping Test Level 2 or above
    ・Experience in handling accounting audits
    ・Experience in financial statement disclosure
    ・Practical experience using ERP, experience in ERP implementation, and experience in system implementation
