The team operates flexibly and remotely, working across their specialties to execute global PR campaigns.

- Responsibilities

- Develop and implement global and corporate PR strategies, including ongoing optimization.
- Set and track KPIs for PR initiatives, conduct performance measurement, and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with external partners, executive leadership, engineers, and business development teams.
- Build relationships with domestic and international media outlets and drive proactive media outreach.
- Oversee creative direction and production of promotional content.
- Draft and distribute press releases (including in English).
- Manage content planning and operations for the company website and social media.
- Propose, plan, and manage speaking engagements and exhibitions, including international press conferences.
- Occasional domestic and international travel (frequency can be adjusted to suit personal/family circumstances).

- Requirements
- - Ability to develop PR strategies based on strategic objectives.
- Experience in creating marketing strategies.
- 3+ years in business planning or sales planning roles.
- Business-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing fluently in a professional setting).

- - Experience working closely with executives on PR, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Established media relationships both in Japan and internationally.
- Experience organizing events or providing creative direction.
- PR experience in technology or startup environments.
