We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the purchase service will increase significantly from the second half of 2022, and the company's sales portfolio has changed significantly since its establishment.

This position is for a public relations manager responsible for designing and promoting strategies for corporate public relations, recruitment public relations, and overall branding for a company that operates a diversified IT matching platform business with a focus on the automotive domain.
While connecting management and the field, you will lead the penetration of the brand internally and externally and the advancement of the public relations function.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Development and execution of public relations and branding strategies
    ・Development of medium- to long-term public relations strategy (positioning strategy in corporate / recruitment / product areas)
    ・Design of internal and external branding measures (penetration of MVV, verbalization and visualization of corporate values)
    ・Design of editorial policy for corporate story and representative message
    Design a roadmap for PR activities linked to company-wide and business strategies

    Design and operation of PR channels
    ・Press release / media approach / crisis management PR system
    ・Information design and content management for owned media (NOTE, HP, etc.)
    ・Development and implementation of content development policy for recruitment PR (employee interviews, article design, concept design)
    Design and quality control of tone and manner for internal and external communications

    Inner branding and culture penetration
    ・Planning and execution of internal penetration measures for management policy and MVV (internal newsletter, event design, engagement measures)
    ・Story design and direction for internal measures such as company-wide general meetings and monthly meetups
    ・Extraction of communication issues based on organizational status and design of countermeasure policies Identification of communication issues based on organizational conditions and design of countermeasure policies

    ■ Establishment of PR structure and system
    ・Optimization and visualization of PR process and flow
    ・Design of evaluation indicators (KPI / KGI) for PR activities and fixed-point reviews
    ・Training and management of PR team (1-2 people)
    ・Strategic collaboration with other divisions (especially recruitment and corporate planning)
  • Requirements
    At least 5 years of experience in public relations / PR (experience in multiple areas including corporate, recruitment, and product PR)
    - Experience in writing and editing press releases and owned media
    - Experience in developing and implementing mid- to long-term PR / PR strategies
    - Experience in handling reputational risk in crisis management public relations (including media / SNS) - Experience in managing people in public relations (1-5 people team development and management)
    Experience in influencing decision making by linking PR strategy to management strategy and discussing and making recommendations to management
    Experience in people management in PR (development and management of a team of 1-5 people)
    Experience in leading culture penetration projects starting with inner branding
  • Preferred
    Experience in designing and managing IR and disclosure public relations for companies preparing for IPO or going public (*Experience in IR PR preparation is acceptable even if not in the IPO phase)
    - Experience in CI/VI renewal or PR control, including brand guidelines / tonmana design
    - Experience in building strategic partnerships with the media
    - Recruitment Experience in strategic planning and content direction for public relations
    ・Experience in developing crisis management public relations manuals or leading role in fire response
