- Responsibilities
- - Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire service teams to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial & KPI Management: oversees the service department budget, monitors performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, revenue, etc.), and implements strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Operations Supervision: Manage daily operations to ensure prompt vehicle response and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Customer satisfaction: develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and use feedback to drive improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs in service delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure high quality repairs and maintenance, conduct regular audits and correct warranty claims.
- Inventory management: oversees inventory levels and procurement, optimizing key inventory metrics (turnover, backorder ratios, etc.).
- Service marketing: cooperate in marketing campaigns to attract customers to the service center and promote special offers.
- Customer retention measures: Implement customer retention programs, including follow-up and loyalty programs.
- Value-added revenue management: drive additional revenue through services such as vehicle coating, detailing, and accessory installation.

- Requirements
- - Experience as a mechanic or advisor in an automotive dealership (regardless of number of years)
- Knowledge or certification equivalent to a level 2 or 3 auto mechanic
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong with numbers (discounts, interest rates, commission calculations)
- Thorough attention to detail
- Collaborative and positive attitude in a team environment
- Experience as a mechanic or advisor at an automobile dealership (regardless of years)
- Knowledge or qualification equivalent to a second or third grade automobile mechanic
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
