Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop and execute a market-driven ADAS product roadmap aligned with business objectives and technological trends
    Translate market requirements into product requirements and lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, integrated hardware/software solutions
    Analyze competition, shape product vision, and define go-to-market and pricing strategies
    Lead proof-of-concept development and hardware validation with emphasis on manufacturability and system integration
    Build strong customer relationships and manage technical quotations, BOM cost targets, and commercial strategies
    Work with sales and business teams to grow market share, respond to RFIs/RFQs, and support customer retention
    Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional ADAS team with a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Requirements
    Degree in engineering (software, electronics, or similar technical field)
    Strong understanding of the ADAS market, technologies, competitors, and pricing models
    Proven technical expertise in embedded software, chipsets, and the semiconductor ecosystem
    Experience translating market needs into strategic product and technology roadmaps
    Demonstrated success in leading global product teams and launching high-impact products
    Ability to blend technical knowledge with commercial insight in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
    Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer- facing skills facing skills
