Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Define and contribute to software design strategy across projects, domains, or business units.
    Identify and decompose architectural constraints based on technical and organizational requirements.
    Develop and verify software architecture, ensuring integration, completeness, and consistency of all architectural elements and interfaces.
    Analyze customer and system requirements, mapping them to existing architecture or proposing
    Evaluate and verify system behavior and dynamic interactions between components.
    Ensure traceability between software
    Address and analyze non-functional requirements with architectural relevance.
    Collaborate with system engineers and software teams from RFQ/RFI to delivery.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar discipline.
    Deep understanding of embedded systems and Linux OS (kernel and user space).
    Proven experience and expert-level knowledge in software architecture.
    Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and documentation skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    Fluency in Japanese.
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of Automotive SPICE®, especially SWE.2.
    Experience with AUTOSAR.
    Familiarity with ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety). Understanding of TARA methodologies and cryptographic applications in automotive.
