A logistics startup that provides outdoor automated transport services for closed environments such as factories and logistics warehouses that have achieved Level 4 automated driving. Established through joint investment by a major manufacturer of automobiles and mobility equipment and an automated driving software developer, the company will begin mass production of automated EVs in 2022, and has already begun providing services to customers in Japan at more than 40 locations.

Furthermore, the RaaS-type service, which packages installation support service, operation management system, maintenance service, and insurance, has realized an automated transportation service applicable to complex outdoor environments by converting a small EV based on a golf car and an automated driving system basically designed for public roads. This is a company with great momentum that is expanding its organizational structure to expand and operate the service in hundreds of locations nationwide in the future.

This is a software engineer position for automated driving systems.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    The project will develop system functions, build automated driving software, evaluate the software in the test field, and analyze defects in the automated driving system Autoware, which is installed in automated transport vehicles, in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Requirements
    Experience in software development and operation on Linux (3+ years)


  • Preferred
    -Experience developing and operating software on ROS
    -Experience developing in programming languages using C++ and Python
    -Experience with team development using Git
    -Experience developing industrial grade robots
    -Experience developing OS, middleware, and robot control
    -Understanding Autoware automated driving software
