Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    各セールス拠点におけるマネジメント及び後方支援業務をご担当いただきます。
    主に来店されたお客様への品質改善、教育や販売推移や実績に基づく、傾向分析をもとにKPIの策定、セールス拠点の運営統括・販売企画の立案に携わって頂きます。
    (オンライン販売に至るブランド訴求及び商品説明、車両接客、試乗案内業務等)
  • Requirements
    ディラーでの運営管理やマネジメントのご経験(店長クラスで3年以上 )
    自動車運転免許
  • Preferred
    複数の店舗や拠点を運営管理のご経験(3年以上)
    外部委託会社との連携意識やお客様へのサービス(おもてなし)マインドの高い方
