Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    １．新しいプロジェクト立ち上げの際の設備立ち上げ・導入・サポート
    ＜取り扱い製品：TCU、ドームモジュール、ステアリングスイッチなど ※スイッチ関連は徐々に減ります＞
    ・サプライヤーとの打ち合わせ
    ・新しい製品に対するSOPに合わせて金型や工具などを揃える
    ・組み立てライン（基盤テスト、プログラムなど）の設計に対して、図面から必要な部分を抜き出し、サプライヤーと設備設計をしていく
    ・SOPから数か月間は工場のサポートも行う

    ２．当社 スタンダートの標準化　※仕事の比率としてこちらの方が多いです
    ・PS（プロダクションスタンダート）を各工場へ展開する
    ・デジタル化を展開する
    ・稼働率改善を行う（将来的には工場へロボットの導入等を進める）
    ・工程不良の改善を行う
  • Requirements
    ・製造業の工場の標準化や改善の経験
    ・設備導入立ち上げ（規模感は問わない）の経験
    ・日本語：ビジネス（工場の生産管理のメンバーと）
    ・英語：ビジネス（サプライヤーや海外拠点と）
    ・ソフトウェアの知識
  • Preferred
    ・テストエンジニアの経験がある良い
    ・億単位の設備導入立ち上げ経験
    ・設備メーカー出身（プロダクトに寄りますが、産業用ロボットを作ってるメーカーなどが望ましい）
